Speak To A Doctor On The Telephone
The doctors are happy to speak to patients on the telephone to give advice and/or discuss medical matters, however, as they are very busy and spend much of the day in clinic with patients or on home visits, it is unlikely that you will be able to speak to a doctor immediately unless it is a medical emergency.
If you do wish to speak to a doctor please leave your contact details with the reception staff, as well as details of what you wish to speak to the doctor about. You may be advised to contact the dispensary or the nurses during the phone in as this is often more appropriate.
If it is felt to be necessary for your query/concern to be dealt with by a doctor, a message will be passed on to the doctor and they will contact you when they are able to do so. Please be advised that this may be several hours after you leave your message depending on how busy they are and the nature of your query.
