PRACTICE MANAGER
NICKY DISTASI
The Doctors’ Surgery employs a full time manager who is responsible for the general management and day to day running of the practice.
Nicky is available to answer your questions and listen to any comments you may have about the practice and the services provided.
NURSES
The practice employs three trained nurses and three health care assistants:

ASHLEEN FOX - Health Care Assistant/Phlebotomist - NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care
We also make use of the services of other trained nurses to provide holiday/sickness cover.

ADMINISTRATION
We currently have a team of seven ladies who provide all of the administration for the practice. They are here to deal with patients by answering the telephones and manning the reception desk, as well as handling all of the general administration tasks that are required behind the scenes in a busy practice.

Receptionists
The admin staff are your first point of contact, and they are here to help you. They do however have the difficult job of trying to keep both the doctors and the patients happy, and have to work within the constraints of the practice rules and policies. They may sometimes have to ask you questions about your reasons for wishing to see the doctor/nurse to help us give you the best care and advice. We would ask you to please be patient and co-operate as fully as possible.
